The College of Registered Nurses of Alberta's (CRNA) exceptional customer service approach is garnering international spotlight, after receiving one of the 2024 Globee® Awards for Customer Excellence. These awards honour organizations that demonstrate exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction, innovation in customer service practices and excellence in delivering superior customer experiences.
The Team Adaptability and Resilience Award acknowledges the CRNA team's efforts to restructure the application process and reduce barriers for applicants, while simultaneously navigating the resulting surge in volume and improving the quality of our customer service.
This acknowledgment is a testament to the CRNA being a respected leader in customer service, innovation and excellence in regulation. Globee® Award submissions are subject to a rigorous and comprehensive judging process by a panel of over 1,000 judges from diverse fields and industries around the world.
