The College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) is responsible for addressing complaints made about the conduct of its registrants.
Anyone can file a complaint against a registrant for unprofessional conduct, as defined in the Health Professions Act. The CRNA has a process for managing complaints that protects both the public and the integrity of the nursing profession.
In this webinar, learn more about how the complaints process works at the CRNA, including how cases are managed and resolved with a focus on transparency, efficacy and collaboration with partners.
After the webinar, a video recording of the session will be shared on this page.
Registration for this webinar will open Aug. 11, 2025.
It's free to attend, but you must register in advance.
Have a complaints-related question you want answered during the webinar? You will be able to submit your questions to the CRNA once registration for this webinar opens.
