The College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) is responsible for addressing complaints made about the conduct of its registrants.
Anyone can file a complaint against a registrant for unprofessional conduct, as defined in the Health Professions Act. The CRNA has a process for managing complaints that protects both the public and the integrity of the nursing profession.
In this webinar, learn more about how the complaints process works at the CRNA, including how cases are managed and resolved with a focus on transparency, efficacy and collaboration with partners.
