Registration and renewal help
I submitted my renewal and it isn’t approved. How can I tell what’s outstanding?
- Sign in to MyCARNA and go to Apply for Registration.
- To the right of your renewal application name, select the view or pay submitted application link.
- Review the outstanding requirements section of your application.
- Check your email for instructions on your next steps or if we’ve asked you for more information regarding the outstanding item(s). If you submitted your application more than 10 days ago and you don’t have anything from us, please call us.
