What happens if I fail the NCLEX-RN exam?
- GNs who fail the NCLEX once will have additional conditions added to their next provisional permit.
- GNs who fail the exam twice will have their provisional permit cancelled immediately and their employer will be notified.
- You may attempt the NCLEX-RN exam as many times as necessary during the specified period, even if you are no longer eligible for a provisional permit.
