The Canadian Cancer Society and Running Room are combining their expertise in Run to Quit, an exciting new smoking cessation initiative that’s starting up again for year two!
Run to Quit uses running or walking as a way to quit smoking. Run to Quit is a simple step-by-step approach that helps people of all fitness levels successfully quit smoking and maintain an active lifestyle by combining running/walking techniques with smoking cessation support.
