CARNA Library consists of a general collection of books and videos available for borrowing by the public. There is an extensive reference collection including journals, government documents, newsletters and bulletins from associations of health professionals and health related organizations.

What is the CINAHL database?
The CINAHL database indexes more than 1200 nursing and allied health journals and publications from 1982 to the present.
It contains an expansive array of literature sources including books, and book chapters, audiovisuals, software, dissertations, conference proceedings, foreign language journals, systematic reviews and clinical trials. The database also includes selected material in full text, including newsletters, nursing organization journals, legal cases, clinical innovations, drug records, practice acts, standards of practice, patient education material, research instruments, critical paths and government publications.

- If a citation says ‘available in CARNA library', the print journal is in the library.
- Some articles will be available to download (PDF / HTML).
